The Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 is bracing for its 4.5 update coming out at the end of the year. Version 4.5 will provide a wide spectrum of enhancements in payroll, sales order, and accounts receivable. The new version will also come with new database options, Sage CRM integration, and Sage ERP Mas Intelligence.

Payroll Enhancements

Sales Order Enhancement

-Automatically generate purchase orders from sales order entry.

-Provide customers with special discount pricing.

-Enhanced sales order integration with job costs.

-Lot/serial distribution entry from sales order.

-The ability to maintain split commissions by customers.

-Commission rate table by salesperson/customer/item.

Account receivable enhancement

-Allow goods to be sold and shipped to one customer while the invoice is billed to another customer or national account.

Database Integration

-Choice of database from Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 and ProvideX.

-Upgrade paths from v3.7x SQL to v4.5 SQL and from ProvideX v4.4 to v4.5 SQL.

Sage CRM Integration

-SageCRM v7.1 will be integrated with Mas 90 and 200.
